License grant
A paid commercial license grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use LogTrace for revenue-generating work within the seat count you purchase.
Personal and hobby use is free for non-commercial use. If you use LogTrace to support revenue-generating work, whether as an individual, company, organization, or group, you need a paid commercial license.
Plans and prices
Commercial licenses are $29 for 1 seat and $49 for 3 seats.
These commercial licenses are one-time payments. They are not subscriptions and do not require recurring payments.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Taxes, currency conversion, payment processor fees, and provider API usage fees are not included.
License delivery
After purchase through Stripe, your license key will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
We also plan to provide a customer dashboard where you can view your license information after purchase.
License activation
Commercial licenses are activated against a hardware ID so the license can be used on the allowed number of seats.
A license key is for your own use or your organization's internal use. Do not share, resell, publish, sublicense, or transfer a license key without written permission from Ulterius LLC.
Device changes
You can clear a license activation in the LogTrace settings, then activate the license again on another device within the allowed seat count.
If a device is lost, broken, or unavailable before you clear the activation, contact us. We plan to provide a customer dashboard for managing activations in those cases.
Refunds
Because LogTrace is digital software, purchases are generally non-refundable once a license key or access is issued, except where required by applicable law.
If you believe there was a duplicate charge, payment error, or serious activation problem, contact us and we will review the issue in good faith.
Restrictions
No redistribution
Do not sell, sublicense, publish, host, or redistribute LogTrace installers, update metadata, binaries, license keys, or modified versions without written permission.
No competing service
Do not use LogTrace materials to build or operate a substantially similar commercial product or hosted service without written permission.
No removal of notices
Do not remove copyright, license, attribution, security, or proprietary notices from LogTrace materials.
No unlawful modification
Do not modify or use LogTrace in a way that bypasses licensing, security controls, applicable law, or harms other systems.
Ownership
Ulterius LLC and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in LogTrace, including software, documentation, design, names, marks, screenshots, release metadata, and website content.
Your local audit data belongs to you or your organization, subject to the rights and responsibilities that apply in your environment.
Third-party components and services
LogTrace uses or interacts with third-party components, operating system features, AI providers, payment processors, analytics providers, and delivery services.
Third-party components and services are subject to their own licenses, terms, prices, privacy policies, and usage limits.
Feedback
If you send feedback, ideas, bug reports, or feature suggestions, you grant Ulterius LLC permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation, while you retain ownership of your underlying content.
Termination
This license ends automatically if you materially violate this License Agreement. After termination, you must stop using LogTrace and delete copies of the software unless another written agreement allows continued use.

Warranty disclaimer
LogTrace is licensed as is and as available to the maximum extent permitted by law. Ulterius LLC disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free behavior.
Risk detection, AI analysis, cost estimates, and exchange rate estimates are provided for review and convenience only and can be incomplete, incorrect, delayed, or unavailable.
Liability limit
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ulterius LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, security incidents, provider charges, or business interruption related to LogTrace.
Nothing in this License Agreement limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
